Monika Prochazkova
Executive Director
Monika Prochazkova offers San Antonio Council for International Visitors (SACIV) extensive experience in international relations and business development.
She most recently served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Inclusive Surrogacy LLC, an international surrogacy agency with offices in Texas, Mexico, Spain and the Czech Republic.
Monika's professional journey includes roles such as a market analyst for Serma Maternidad Subrogada, managing market analysis projects across Ukraine, Canada, and the Czech Republic.
She also worked as a market analyst for Shell Oil in Prague and served as an intern at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chicago, Illinois.
Her commitment to community and cultural exchange is evident in her role as President of the Bexar County Czech Heritage Society of Texas, where she has spearheaded impactful partnerships and branding efforts.
Monika is dedicated to inclusivity, as demonstrated through her work with the Texas Diversity Council's advisory board and the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce. She has also been the Advisory Board Chair for the San Antonio Global Chamber of Commerce, where she facilitated international collaboration and investment.
Monika holds an M.A. in International Economic Relations from Metropolitan University Prague and a B.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations from the College of International and Public Relations Prague. She is also a Certified Diversity Professional and a graduate of the esteemed Bloomberg Business Program and the Women in Leadership Accelerator.
Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, with basic proficiency in Spanish and Russian, Monika brings a global perspective and a wealth of experience to SACIV. Her passion for the organization’s mission and her proven leadership abilities make her an invaluable asset as SACIV continues to enhance its international impact and community engagement.
