Dr. Karla Duran, a dedicated bilingual and biliterate educator, professor, and servant leader in San Antonio, has enriched the academic landscape for over 25 years. Her journey towards global understanding commenced with a transformative study abroad program in Madrid, Spain during her MBA studies, igniting her passion for exploring diverse cultures.

With a background in International Business, Dr. Duran delved deep into the cultural facets of leadership worldwide through her doctoral research. Proudly contributing as a young alumni leader at the U.S. Spain Council, she cherishes the enriching intercultural dialogues fostered during the annual diplomacy exchanges.
